Please could you send us the QIF file, so we can see exactly what the problem is

If you had a previous version of BankTree Personal Finance installed, you may need to updated the data file by running the Check for Updates facility.

The import routine checks the date format with your local settings. If they do not match it will use todays date, do you have details of what format the date is in? You can send us a copy of your QIF file to support@banktree.co.uk, for inspection.

As with any software it is your responsibility to backup your data on a regular basis. We do provide a system transfer facility that will allow you to transfer your data to a new pc. Build 2.0.5

Fixed a few minor bugs. Added a reminders function, allows the user to view items in the schedule, of pending and past items.

Is your product compatible with Vista?

Although we have not tested our software on all Vista platforms. At present we have not found any compatibility issues, where it has been installed.

The best thing to do would be to install the application on a Vista machine, if you have access to one, and report any issues to us.

1) The account transaction page is accessed by double clicking the account, on the account page.

2) You can have different accounts not related to a bank account. i.e a credit card account for example. In this case you do not associate the account with a bank account.
