What is the difference between Uncleared, Cleared and Reconciled Funds

Un-Cleared Funds: Balance of funds that that included future transaction not yet available in your account.

Cleared Funds: Balance of funds that physically exist in your account.

Reconciled Funds: Balance of funds that physically exist in your account, which have also been checked against a statement.

On the View Menu select Show Uncleared Funds: On the account summary screen, this will show your up to-date uncleared balance. On the account transaction screen this will also show the uncleared balance within the selected date ranges even if the date of the transaction is a future date, such as a scheduled transaction.

On the View Menu select Show Cleared Funds: On the account summary screen, this will show your up to-date cleared balance. On the account transaction screen this will also show the cleared balance within the selected date ranges.

On the View Menu select Show Reconciled Funds: On the account summary screen, this will show your up to-date reconciled balance. On the account transaction screen this will also show the reconciled balance within the selected date ranges.

To show all transactions select all of the View options.
