When I exit BankTree I get the message "Error in backing up files. Permission denied".
What am I doing wrong?
You are getting this message because you are running multiple versions of the software. Go to the Windows Task Manager and close all running versions. If you are not familiar with the Windows Task Manger then restarting your computer will have the same effect.
